1. Shipping & Delivery
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
Estimated delivery time may vary based on location and courier services.
Free shipping may be applicable on select orders (subject to promotional offers).
2. Returns & Refunds
Easy Returns - Simple & Transparent
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request by calling us at +91 8062178103 within 3 days.
Return Conditions:
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claims.
Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are applicable only after the returned product passes our quality check.
Important Note:
Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale: No returns allowed, but exchanges are permitted.
Refund Process:
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days after the quality check.
COD Orders: A refund link will be sent via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp from +91 8062178103 within 4-5 business days after the quality check.

Enter your bank account details or UPI ID.
Refunds will be credited within 24 hours after submission.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds for prepaid orders may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.
4. Payments
We accept all major payment methods, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and COD.
No EMI or Buy Now Pay Later options are available.
5. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, in case of errors, we reserve the right to correct them.
